Help please! installation prob

Hi, I just downloaded daz 4.5 pro and I keep getting an error message that says I am missing /data/DAZ 3D/Genesis/Base/Genesis.dsf .
I do have Genesis essentials starter loaded.
I am completely lost and clueless, can anybody help?

    This will depend on your installs. We CV's and others can not help you without some more information. Please explain your PC, OS, RAM and GFX card and the methods you used to install DS4.5 and the content.

    Example: Did you use the DIM to install?

    Sorry, I did use DIM to install. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling genesis and it worked! I am up and running, whoohoo! :lol:
