Error message when rendering and constant crashing
I'm getting the following error message when rendering and I'm not sure what it means. DAZ continues the render, even while giving the message.
Rendering in 3Delight
Optimizing Images - 0/1
ERROR: 3Delight Process exited abnormally: "/Applications/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4 64-bit/bin/tdlmake -mode periodic /Users/jaynepedigo/Library/Application Support/DAZ 3D/Studio4/temp/d258.jpg /Users/jaynepedigo/Library/Application Support/DAZ 3D/Studio4/temp/d259_d258.tdl"
tdlmake: cannot open input file '/Users/jaynepedigo/Library/Application Support/DAZ 3D/Studio4/temp/d258.jpg'
tdlmake: error while making texture file
I get a similar message every time I try to render something.
I did a quick search of the forum and didn't find anything on it, so please forgive me if it's already been discussed.
I'm also getting numerous crashes for no apparent reason -- i.e. I try to apply a material, or a pose etc.
Should I delete everything and try and reinstall?

OS (version and bit count), DS (version, bit count and install location), content install location...
Log says "DS 64 bit", and log path format says Mac OS X (not which version though.
I've seen the TDLproblem with certain products (skydomes in tiff format).
The crashes you experience is the Valentina related crashes that has been bugging DS (specially the Mac OS X build), that has been probkematic to fix due to many different reasons (backwards compability is the major one. I know as I've worked with Valentina for years so I recognize the crashes).
There are a few things you can to limit those, check this thread:

Thanks - I'll check out that thread.
