Problems with clothing

Hi, I have a few problems/questions to ask. First, how do I fit a Gen3 clothing to a Basic Male model or a Gen2 Model. If it is possible to animate without the clothes tearing up.

You need a clone shape for the older figure matching the newer -

then you can use the AutoFit dialogue to convert. AutoFit isn't perfect, and how well it does depends on the clothing, but it is usually reasonably effective.
