Any idea as to why an attachment wont load/show?

    What format is it,  and what size.  both pixels and kb.

    Attachments sometimes randomly just don't work; all you can do is delete the dud and try again... and again... and again.

    FWIW, on average I get a successful attachment on the third attempt, bearing in mind it does work most of the time.
