Viewport docked controls wont show

Just upgraded to Daz 4.9 and it has been a slight ordeal but I am finally getting the hang of things and I am liking a lot of it so far.  On my viewport I always set it up to dock the view controls. However when I dock them and then extend out the scene tab the controls get covered.  I can get around this by undocking the viewport but there has to be a way to keep the other panels from covering up the view controls of the viewport.  Any ideas?  Thanks

Close the Shader Builder and Shader Mixer panes, which are docked with the Viewport. Their minimum size is too large for your screen with the other panes open.
