What exactly is Scene Builder?

Sorry, stupid question but I couldn't find this in a FAQ or a forum search.

I understand that you can pose scenes with it, etc... however:  How is it different than the full Daz Studio interface?

Are scenes just used to provide a flat background like a photo shoot vs Daz Studio you can load up whole buildings with 3-D architecture, etc, etc?

When do you use scene builder over the normal Daz Studio?

If I want to show a figure in front of some trees...instead of loading up a whole 3D forest where I can change camera angles,etc... can I load up scene builder and just use a picture of a forest?

Just trying to understand when each tool is appropriate, thanks!

Scene Builder is a Wizard - it gives you a few choices to quickly start a scene (and more choices can be added - I think the idea was to allow PAs a way to offer product set-ups with choices).
