Trouble getting rid of the T-pose

Hello everyone. I have used DAZ-3d 4.5 pro pose and animation to create my first animation for exporting to second life. I have learned I must leave the T-pose at frame one, to make everything work right. Now, the animation is finished. I have exported it to second life successfully, but I I have a problem trying to remove the T-pose. As the animation runs (loops), I still get the jerk from passing through the T-pose frame. Should I edit it out somehow before exporting? As I said, I am brand new at this, so any help would be appreciated.
Note: I have limited the "jerk" in the animation by adjusting the "loop in %" on upload, but I can not eliminate it.

Why are you starting in the default pose if you don't want it in the animation? If you change the initial pose, it will seamlessly transition anyway. The only time it might be an issue is with drapes on dynamic clothing. Regardless, if you check your render settings you can tell it to ignore the first frame by changing the start frame to 1 instead of 0.
