Genesis 3 installed, but won't appear in smart content.

Genesis got installed by default. Even in 'products' section in smart content, shows gen 3 starter essentials as 'installed', just like gen 2, gen 1 or gen 8. But in 'files' section, gen 3 base models are missing. All other base models appear, but not gen 3. Why?

How did you install - DIM or Connect? have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? I did hae a problem for a while with the female half of the package, Genesis 3 Female itself refused to appear though the content loaded fine indirectly. Uninstall/reinstall (with Connect) fixed it in the end.
