Wrinkles on Skin

Hello,

I am having an issue in my Iray renders that some skin areas appear very "wrinkled" (see screenshots). Is this a specific layer I can edit that will remove this effect? I can't find any information on the subject. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

My bet is on the bump map, find the surface that has this kind of wrinkles in the surface tab, scrow down to find the bump map and bump strength and try turn the bump strength lower :) should do the job
