Where is it?

I just downloaded DAZ, and the installer says Genesis Starter Essentials are all installed. However, the actual program itself doesn't seem to be on my computer. Did I skip a step or something?

The Install Manager currently only installs content, not the application itself. For that you need to go to My Account > My Downloadable Products

Thanks. But now I have another problem. I download the program, but when I install it, it says that the application doesn't exist.

What operating system and what antivirus are you using?

Double check the file size. If it's fairly small, then chances are it didn't download correctly and you'll need to get the file again. This issue has cropped up a few times and I believe it is largely because of the methods that certain ISPs use to speed up connectivity. Daz Studio's installer should be around 130Mb in size.

It's also worth checking to confirm that you downloaded the correct installer file. Here are the installation instructions for Mac users: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/entries/21429218-How-to-Download-and-Install-DAZ-Studio-4-Mac- (you can skip the part about installing Genesis Starter Essentials if you've already done that).
