Is an .FC2 file a morph?

Sorry to be asking all these questions, but free third party stuff is hard to use unless you can find all the files!

It's a face settings file - it sets the numbers on the dials that are already there, like a pose file or a character preset. It doesn't make a new dial tho.

Ah.. that's interesting. So it has the effect of a morph?

Well, that's not necessarily true. It can contain morph data, but 99.9% of them do not.

but the bottom line is that is does what a morph INJ does, right? It takes your basic out of the box genesis figure and makes it look like someone else?

(Sorry, I mean it does all that, but without creating a dial for you to play with to up or down the morph)

It is also a Poser format file, and should appear in Runtime > Libraries > Face.

an FC2 file will not work with Genesis. It will work with V4 or M4.

Not really like a morph - a morph injects a different shape for the face, an FC2 might be an expression or a face shape, and it only will have settings that are already available. So it might dial a bigger nose, a smaller mouth, and make the eyes squint, but it won't be able to make an alien cat face like someone who made a custom morph and injected it would be able to do.
