If not that one, I'd guess it's one of AprilYSH's other products.

...and I'd guess, since Lissa is a surreality character, that she probably used her own hair texture expansion set (if I'm right about it being Marisandra Hair, surreality's "Surreal Marisandra" is available at Renderosity).

I would say that's a spot-on guess Scott. Looks like Marisandra Hair to me too. AprilYSH's hair modeling style is very distinctive. ;-)
