Generation X - Help me!

I have recently purchased Generation X and have been trying to figure out how to use it. I have been able to figure out how to transfer body shapes. However every time I try to use a head morph I get the result:

Warning! DSF file not found for morph: V4_PBMCC_42_head

or something similar. Is there a fix around this? I am sure there is something I am doing wrong. Any help would be very appreciated.
