Shadows please!

Hello. Is it possible to have Toon Generations figures/buildings/trees etc cast a shadow. Please take a look at my picture, the main charcter seeems to be suspended in the air.

What render engine are you using?  If 3Delight have you turned shadow casting on for the lights in question?
