Relection I would use a value of about 5% maybe 10% but it will drive render times up. If you aren't that close then you could get away with just adjusting the Specular Strength and Glossiness to taste.
I find the best results are when you use a combination of them all. Here's Nishta with environmental reflection and wet body specular maps. It's not an overpowering wet effect, so it's good for things like sweat. You can dial up reflectivity or specular depending on your tastes and requirements.

It's important to realise that glossiness and specular are related to each other. Think of specular as a faked reflection, because that's effectively what it is. The angle of incidence depends on the glossiness of a surface, but glossiness on it's own can't directly make an object shiny. You need to look at your specular settings in addition to gloss to get the desired results.

If you added a sweaty texture to a body using Wet Body, how do you remove them or turn them off?
I don't have this product but I am guessing that you could try loading the original skin texture set so get your specular and glossiness back to the original settings and removing any residual maps if any get left. The reason I say this is if a skin material preset doesn't use say the reflection channel and the Wet Body does then reapplying the original skin textures may not overwrite the reflection settings.. Just something to watch for.
Or if you know what the Wet Body did to your surface settings then manually remove or replace the maps and readjust the settings.

Just reload your original textures. I have the product (see attached render below) and it's great as long as you're careful with your lighting, but once it's on there, there's way too much to try and undo any other way unless you're just a masochist.
Just to add 2 cents, make sure you are using a bump map when trying for this effect. You might even want to slightly increase the bump strength. If you have no bump, or the bump is too low, you will end up looking very shiny and plastic. The bump will help break up the specular reflections and make the individual pores look more realistic.
I see, the Gen 5 version of Wet BOdy just hit the market today. So far I haven't found much of a problem using the Gen 4 version on V5 and the various Gen5 females, but M5 and F5 completely blow the seams on the original. Hopefully it'll stay on sale a few more days...
The Gen 5 version of Wet Body is easy to use... just picked it up an hour ago, and got it working. It even works on David 5, at least in my quick testing.
The only down side is that many of my "Genesis" textures are actually V4/M4 textures, repackaged and using Genesis's UV map setting. This includes my new Jepe's Kenny (M4) and the Genesis YT (V4). These settings do not work on those skins. I'm guessing you need to use the older version of Wet Body, so check ahead of schedule what textures you're UV maps you're actually using.
Also, it doesn't affect the Genesis Male Genitalia, though it does for the Female since it uses only the Hip texture. I'm guessing it will also have issues with other geo-grafted items (such as the Gorgon, tails and horns, etc.) that add new surface zones.
