Please Help Me Clone

I am running DAZ 4.5 Pro on Mac OSX 10.8 (It runs fine!) and I just bought Send In The Clones. It installed fine and there is an icon for it in the Products list but it does not load the script: nothing happens. Note that I have all my content on an external drive but that should not affect it, should it? I can't find the pdf file that the readme refers to either. I don't even know how it is supposed to work.
Can anyone help me get it working please?

    External content should not affect it.

    Is it Clones, or Clones Pro, and is it the one for DS4.5?

    Generally you click the object you wish to clone, but if it's not Clones Pro I dont think you can clone figures, just props
    then click on the script icon in the folder, it should show an interface.

    Are you using multiple monitors?

    If you're not getting a display window to pop up you may want to contact support here or contact the vendor directly.
