Animating Textures plugin...

With Dreamlight's plugin still not supported in Studio 4/4.5, I think it's time for some programmer or developer to step up to the plate and create a new plugin that allows for Animated Textures in DAZ Studio 4.5.

With no offense to mCasual, DAZ Studio animators should have an actual plugin (not a render script) that allows them to assign a numbered image sequence to any material slot (diffuse, specular, bump, etc), and have it cycle through as they scrub through the timeline--a feature that even Dreamlight's original plugin did not have.

This would allow endless possibilites for Studio animators. Imagine rippling water surfaces, cascading text animations (a la 'The Matrix'), TV and computer monitors with moving images, etc. This also could be used for motion matching background plates or matching keyframed facial animation to pre-recorded face performances.

As I said, endless possibilites.

L am agree . I have just to writtrn to Daz Studio , waiting for animatyed texture for 4.5 and them answerme wait for update....
