Where do items purchased from DAZ3D when Install Manger seems to fail?

Hi,
I am a relatively new user and I have been having about a 70/30 success rate when I purchase items from the DAZ 3 shop and install them using the Install Manager. In each instance, everything appears to go smoothly with the download and installation as represented in Installation Manager, but then about 30% of the time, I cannot seem to find the items I've purchased in my files or products. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post a screen shot of your installations tab in DIM.
You can right click on the product name in the Daz Install Manager and select Show Installed Files... from the menu that pops up. That will open a window of links to every file in the product and show you where it was installed. If you click one of the links, it will open a file explorer window in the folder where the installed file is. That way you can confirm that it was installed and where it was installed on your computer.
