Sharing stuff I made

Hi all,
I know I saw a tutorial on this somewhere, but I can't figure out where - so if someone can just point me to a good link for how to do this.

I have an object I made and textured in Hex, imported into daz, tweaked it and added some colours and sizing etc etc.
I have it how I like and saved it both as a scene and a scene subset.

Now I want to send it to a friend in a manner that she can use.
I took all the files from their folder (not in my runtime). Zipped them (well actually zipped the folder they were in)
and sent it to a friend.
When she tries using any of the daz files for them she gets errors because it's looking for my folder, and doesn't give her an option to choose to look for them else where.

I'm sure I saw a tutorial on how to properly set everything up so it will work, but I can't figure out where it was.

Help.
Thanks.

It's actually easy. When you import a prop, Save As/Support Asset/Figure-Prop Asset

Make sure you put your name down as the producer, and name of the Product and Item. This will determine the folder path.

It will create a folder path as follows: DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library/Data/YourName/YourProduct/YourItem/

So you need two sets of paths:

My Library/ and the path to your Content Library Presets, and the above path.

Create a dummy folder tree for each, and drop them into a ZIP file and upload.

You can upload to http://www.sharecg.com and I have started also uploading on http://www.free3dcontent.net

    That simple.
