Missing DAZ 3D Original Content since Reinstall & Issues With Smart Content

Hi, recently I had to reinstall my DAZ 3D 4.5 software due to crashing issues.

Since the reinstall crashes have ceased. However now I find that I can no longer use content that was originally installed in the defualt location C:username/documents/... When I open up my Content Library that location shows up but is greyed out so the content is there it is just unusable... I have verified that it is mapped correctly in the Content Directory Manager for both DAZ & Poser.

This being the case why is it greyed out and inactive? How can I make it active and use that content? Will I need to reinstall all of this old content? This is mostly older content zip files & templates that the new Content Manager has no downloads for... By the way using the Scan Known Directories for Files brings up nothing but a blank screen...

All of the new content that I download and install with the CM software installs and opens just fine.
However when I use the double click option to add the open item to my character I get an "Unable to open the file" notification for items located in Smart Content...

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated for both issues.

    Can you post a screenshot of your Content Library showing the grayed-out items? I don't think I've heard of that before.

    As requested here is a shot of my DAZ Screen showing the 4 files in the CM. Note the files in Blue are active and the grey ones are inactive as I stated in my original post.

    As you can see from the Content Directory I have 4 directories mapped. The "Whovian" Directory is the original one and "The Master" Directory is the new one. These are the names of my 2 accounts that are setup on this computer. I had to do this because my RoboForm program was interfering with the DAZ program and causing it to crash according to postings I have gotten from my submitted bug reports. Because I need both programs I completely uninstalled DAZ, created a new account, and reinstalled both it and Install Manager on "The Master" account and everything seems to be working well with no crashes... However the only downloaded items that are working are the ones installed by the Install Manager. My other files that are not currently available with Install Manager mostly zip files, etc from the original install are the ones that are greyed out.

    Please let me know what you think might be happening and if I need to just bite the bullet and reinstall to my main directory.

    Ah, I see. The blue indicates that there is new content installed there, the grey just means the content there has been marked as seen (not new).
