Funny Arrows Won't Leave My Clothes + Ascii Clothes?

1) I downloaded the clothing pack Leon di Castiglia (or however you spell it), and I've been fitting it to Genesis. Everything loads and works fine, except for the shirt -- the shirt and figure are always surrounded by blue arrows, which kinda look like they were for modifying or something, but don't actually do anything. Except stick around for rendering. They show up in all the renders of that item, and the arrows change shape according to what pose the shirt is put to -- my guy was in a sitting pose, and one of the arrows turned into a giant rectangle and blocked the view of him from the front. Is there a way to fix something like that?

2) I downloaded the Witchhunter clothing pack, and put everything in the correct files, but nothing will load. I noticed that they are the only clothes I downloaded that say they are Ascii script files; what can I do to make those work?

    1) Those are handles for help in posing the shirt. To hide them, select the shirt and go to the Surfaces tab. There's a material zone called "Handles" -- select that and set Opacity Strength to 0
    2) Those are probably just material settings for the clothes -- the actual clothes will be in the Poser formats section, under Figures

Thank you so much for the handle advice! I was really bummed when I thought I wouldn't be able to use it!

For the Witch Hunter, I thought it may be in the Figures folder too, but it doesn't show up there or anywhere....
Huh! I went back and downloaded the files for Poser as well and installed that one too, and its showing up and working now. I thought that if I didn't have the Poser program I wouldn't need to download the Poser-specific files...?

It depends on the item -- sometimes the DS version is just material settings for the Poser items. If you use the Install Manager, you can use the download filters to select just the software you use, and it will download whichever parts you need.
