Needing help

Hello there,

first of all, please excuse me for my poor english speaking, as you'll guess it it's not my native language. Anyway I do hope that you'll manage to understand the meaning of this message.

Today I connected to download Daz4.5 so goes to shop, did all and finished the "purchasing", I even received the mail that certified it to me. I installed the download manager, and downloaded the Aiko, captain uniform, genesis starter essential, sailor uniform, victoria and xinxin but I have not found Daz 4.5 in the install manager. Of course I clicked on the wheel to update the ready to download but nothing appear. Neither the Daz 4.5 nor the videos about how to start.
When I clic on the link in the email it goes to the Dim install page and nothing else. I have no idea about how to do it so if anyone would be nice enough to help me I would be glad to him.

ps : last thing, I am a mac user, under os 10.6.8

    The application itself isn't downloaded or installed by DIM, go to your account and in the availble downloads section you should find the installion files for both PC and Mac, download it from there.

    As I understand, The actual program does NOT show up in the Install Manager. You have to download that from My Downloadable Products under your account page on DAZ.

    A huge thanks to both of you !!! Have spent nearly 3 hours wondering what was happening. Realy can't explain how much I thanks you both!

    Just do NOT be a stranger! Run into a problem, ask immediately. Don't be shy about it :)
