    There used to be an upgrade from carrara 7 pro, don't know if it still available. You can contact sale support too to see if you can get a discount

    I agree with Elele, Contact support, they are very helpful regarding the upgrades.

    Ihave pro6 thinking of making the big jump to 8

    I did just that back when they had the old site up yet. I went from 6 Pro (out of a magazine ;) ) to 8 Pro for a very good price. I'm looking forward to doing an upgrade to the next version thats not Beta.
