My first thought after reading the title was "beer and strippers!" *
But then I read the post itself, and a look of bemusement spread over my face**. My muse cried "you didn't see that coming, did ya?", and ran off cackling maniacally. Now I have to go and search for her...
I remember that after school it was homework, supper, and bed - not much adventure opportunity there. But I'm sure that I'll be able to dredge something up from my memories (or more likely from my imagination) once I find my muse.

Kids are having a late night swim at the forest pond. Since it's fall and the water isn't that warm anymore, one decided to rather do some school work, while others have their swim.

Found her, and she wasn't cackling maniacally any more... she doesn't like it when I resort to the giant fly paper and vacuum cleaner to catch her. She reminded me that we used to play this game after school - TMC I think it was called ? No, Dungeons & Dragons™©☠, that was it ! Not sure if I'll get the picture done in time (still working on it), but in the meantime here are the alter egos of three quarters of all four of the main players.
Left to right:
- Gotterdammerung Battletank (played by Spocky): a level 3 dwarven cleric, devoted to the dwarven deity Bongo Bong, the god of bashing things with big hammers;
- Pussywillow (played by Dobbin): a level 4 elven mage with a very small wardrobe;
- Dilbo Daggins (played by Woggle): a level 1 human thief who thinks he's much smaller and sneakier than he actually is - his wardrobe is actually smaller then Pussywillow's. his brain is also very, very small - that's why he's so happy most of the time;
- Cybersonja (played by Cheap): a level 2 human fighter who goes into a beserk rage if Duran Duran (or any other 'New Romantic' band) is played on the radio
(The fourth member of the party is as yet unknown - played by Cheap. We've got a cleric, a thief and a magic user, so I think we need a fighter... but not Dorothea Deathblade - remember what happened last time she was in an adventure ? In unison: "You're not going to spoil this adventure by having another* stupid character are you?" )

*Like last adventures level 10 assassin werewolf, who's were-form was a little fluffy dog called Toto who jumped in the air if you clicked your heels together. A lot of use he was. Especially after the orcs realized that he turned into Toto whenever he smelt sausages. They invented a game where you had to throw sausages at the assassin, jump in the air, clicking your heels as you did so, and flying kick Toto as far as you could.

I'm still working on the full picture (latest progress attached) - so far I've got the sheet of black felt that we put on mum's table so we don't scratch it (and it makes the whole setting look more classy), some dice, and Dobbin trying to roll a high number, and the dungeon floorplans. I want to try and get Spocky and Woggle in the picture too. And of course I need the dungeon floor plans, and the goblins, and some mugs of tea and plates of biscuits, and paper and pencils, and the dice tin, and some RPG magazines, and...

Eddie asked his best friend James when they found him sitting on the floor in the just recently Abandoned Factory where James's father used to work and they have been hanging-out for the last few days, chillin' all along... "Five man, I got 5 on it! And beers too! O man, my head is pounding, I don't feel too well dude, speak easy..." "First have some water and we brought burgers & cokes. Dude you drink and smoke too much man, have some food we can play some chess later you dumba**..." James's real name actually is Michael-James (Bornatdaz) but he likes (and wants) his friends to call him Jay or James. Beau always likes to tease him with that and insisted on getting a balloon when they bought the burgers & cokes. "Here Michael-J., sweetie I got you a balloon!" Unfortunately she let it fly when she knocked over the beer bottles as she placed the burgers & cokes on the pallet. "Look at the cheap chinese beer he's been drinkin'! No wonder he's got a pounding headache!" she yelled...

Cybersonja's in trouble... where's Duran Duran when you need them (I still think that Dildano And The Piranha Dolls would've been a better name*). Dobbin needs to roll a really high number for Pussywillow's spell to work on the ugly meatgrinder sausage monster beast who appears to have grabbed her leg (only the DM knows that the actual figure is 21). Meanwhile Gotterdammerung is having fun turning spider meatballs into octopedal patties, and Dilbo is convinced that he's successfully hidden in shadows and the angry hornetmen and orcs can't see him.

OK, just under the wire. A word to the wise: spanning five generations of characters in a single render may seem like an interesting idea to begin with, but finding a "one size fits all" combination of lighting and textures that work all at once can be more than a bit of a challenge. Karma Strikes
Young Billy, like so many young boys, liked ringing strangers doorbells and run away (especially evenings or late nights). This time was no different (at least at first). Billy went to a house he knew was occupied by an older man and rung the doorbell and run away, while the man was shouting on his porch. While Billy was running, karma decided to kick in and made him to trip on a rock on the ground. Unfortunately for Billy the old man managed to get to him and called the police. Then Billy was escorded home by a couple of police officers, who then explained what Billy had done to his parents and after officers left, Billy was grounded for a month. His parents also made a special arrangement with his teacher, where she would pick up Billy to school every morning and she would also bring him home from school till his punishment was over. This was to make sure he did not leave the house for anywhere but school and did not go astray after school. They also hired a babysitter for Billy, who would basically live with Billy and his family a for a month all expenses paid to keep an eye on Billy at all times (he would only have privacy on bathroom and his own room, neither of which had any openings to escape from). They also locked Billy's room every night, but Billy's family was rich and Billy's room had its own small private bathroom, so it wasn't that cruel thing to do. So, what happened after that month. At first Billy decided not to ring any doorbells, unless necessary, out of fear for another month like that, but then at some point he just kinda grew out of it. He also became very close to his babysitter during the punisment month (she was 15 at the time, while he was 10) and eventually married her about a decade later.
