How do I contact a Vender?

I feel like there is some sort of procedure I should follow, I already located the commercial forum for the item... Could I post there or is there a certain place I need to go? I tried checking the product page and the profile for some sort of clue and while the profile has the private message option I'm hesitant to send a message.

    Daz Customer services normally handle everything.  So you would need to file a help ticket, using the contact us button which is on the bottom of every page of the web site.

    However if the PA in question does have a commercial thread,  then posting there may get you an answer.
