Anyone else get 'spammed' by emails saying that a serial number for a product was required?
"Serial-numbers required

The following product requires additional serialnumbers:

Product - '' SKU - )

Remaining number of available serial-numbers is ."

I got eleven of them :)

I just got one today. It looked legit to me, but I haven't bought anything that requires a serial number lately.

I had a load of them some months back. I just deleted them all.

As they said last time this happened, please can you file a support ticket, to let them know. THanks.

Yes, I got 9 of them - all indentical except time of sending (though those were all within 6 minutes too) and I've not bought anything with a serial number either.
Should we ALL open a ticket or is one enough?

If only one person opens a support ticket, they'll only know that it has happened to one person.

Exactly. Apparently they are trying to track down exactly what it is that triggers this from time to time, so the more reports they get the easier it should be, in theory.

Should the ticket be submitted to Technical Support?

Yes I guess so, I honestly can't remember where they asked for it to be sent, last time this happened, but tech support does seem to be quite logical to me.

    Done (ticket 133947)
TA: And within 2 minutes I've already had a reply saying thanks for reporting, they can be ignored and deleted. I hope this means something will be done?
