Bought new hair textures but can't load it to the figure!

I find a hair textures I like and bought it but can't load it up on Genesis figure!
The name of the hair is " Veronica Textures"

It contains 30 Hair texture Maps
1 Hair Specualr Map
and MAT Files to Apply All Options

I don't know if I did some wrong install those 2 files I downloaded!
Texture 1 and Texture 2!

I only find textures in the DAZ 4.5 folder only in
the Pose folder!

Normally then you buy hair you have the "basic" in the folders Figures,
Materials amd props.

There is no Basic hair either to buy first to install Before you use
the textures I bought!

You probably need to have Veronica Hair http://www.daz3d.com/veronica-hair to use the textures. I don't know why it is not listed as a required item on the Veronica Textures page. You can either buy the hair to use the textures or request a refund by submitting a help request https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/requests/new
