Not currently, as far as I know - we do know that Zev0 is working on a Growing Up Set for Genesis 8 Males, depending on the age you want that may be the answer.
In the meantime you may play around with the Easy Shape Master products.
And you can use all youth skins of G3 fitting the Base Male / Female UVs.
