Relief Grass Landscape

I wanted to make my first steps to create landscapes with the simple "http://www.daz3d.com/pred-pack-grass-one"
Of course I don't want to have only plane areas. I interpreted the comment "There are several ground bases to place your grass on" that I would get some uneven base props with it. Up to now I only find plane pieces and no option to morph them.

I've got a landscape prop from an other item. Is it possible to put the grass on it?

I don't have that particular set however many items can be morphed in D/S using Deformers, or by shooting them over the bridge to Hexagon and morphing them there [do not change any of the mesh, just push/pull out the hills you want] and shoot it back to D/S via the Bridge and the option to create a morph should present itself.

n.b. After creating a morph, save the morph if you wish to keep it past the session or it will go "poof" when you close D/S.

As to the other landscape prop, well ... depends if the grass is mesh or texture. If it's mesh, you could load both props and have the one poking through the other. Would be quite a bit of resizing and rotating to do.

Mat files for one item seldom work on another.

edit; When the plane is selected, checking over on the Parameters Tab ... ? there may be morph options available ?

Grass one was designed as a Flat yard type mesh grass. It was not intended as a grass prop for large natural areas. As a mesh type item Grass one would consume a large part of Ram to cover a large natural type landscape. There are some nice Landscape props in the store, made just for this type of use. I find The Greenlands found here to be a very good one. http://www.daz3d.com/easy-environments-greenlands
