Now, I'm confused in the surface area. Lucrezia comes with make up, but I can't find anywhere. When I click on Lucrezia full mat, Genesis turns into Lucrezia with black areas all over her body. Thanks for any assistance.

There are a few reasons why you may be getting black areas. The most obvious is that you're using the wrong UV set for the character. Lucrezia might be utilizing Victoria 5's UV set, in which case you'll have to own Victoria 5 to use the textures which come with her otherwise they simply won't fit.
The other possibility is that for some reason the preset isn't setting the UV map correctly. If you're confident the textures are Gen4 compatible, you can manually change the UV set in the surfaces tab to Victoria 4 by selecting the surface tab, clicking Genesis in the list and changing the UV set in the drop down.
You can select individual surfaces to find out what UV's settings it's using. Select all of the skin surfaces and they should be using a single UV set. With that image though, I'm pretty convinced it's designed for Victoria 5. My guess is you don't have the necessary UV maps to use the skin.
