Problem with third party characters

I have purchased a number of characters from Renderosity, which are clearly stated as being for genesis (and V4) and compatible with DAZ studio. With a number of female characters the head morph is fine but the body morph is not - it ends up a a basically male shape, sometimes a little distorted around the chest region. I often get a message stating that "/data/DAZ 3D/Genesis/Base/Morphs/DAZ 3D/Victoria 4/FBMVictoria4.dsf" cannot be found. What is this file and how do I get it?
I get round the problem by morphing the torso into a female shape, but I surely should not need to do that.

You need the V4 Shape morph for Genesis. That is what is being called.

I've got the Victoria 4.2 base. Do I need the 4.2++ morphs as well?

You need the Genesis V4 Morph not the V4 or V4 Morphs++ I'll see if I can find you a link.

EDIT: Here this is what is being hunted http://www.daz3d.com/v4-and-m4-shapes-for-genesis

I got the V4 shapes and that worked fine - thanks. I must admit that when a product says it is for V4 AND genesis I sort of assumed that these were alternatives, not that a sort of 'combination' was needed.
That said, the quality of the products I have bought from Renderosity have been very good, so far.
