Content Library - Product & (my) Categories gone

The Poser & Daz Content Libraries seem ok, the other stuff has gone I know that the Product section a to z should be generated automatically, and the Categories I built myself and it was all ok a couple of days back.

All I have done is add a couple of new bits of content via the Install Manager.

Can anyone help me get this back?

If the Content Management Service is stopped, starting it will likely solve the problem. The other possibility that comes to mind is that your Content Database has become corrupted somehow... adamr001 has some information here that may help if that is the case: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/8028/#105548

Hello & thanks for that.

I have used the Instal manager a number of times without a problem, however I did as you suggested stpping & starting the DB management, but this appears to make no difference.

As to the adamr thread, I tried following that but ba exporting user dated took around 1/1000 of a second, NOT 2 hours, so I am worrying.................

If the CMS is not running it Fails. You need to check that the CMS is running. If it is not running no data operations will work, like the smart content or searches. Open your Task manager and in Services look for DazContentManagemetService if it is not listed the CMS is not running.
