Hi,
I have sent 3 emails to support sales but no one responds.
I several purchases on Friday and the site was having problems Daz 3D.
He did not complete the order,but was charged to my credit card.
The payment was confirmed by paypal and Daz 3D website did not give me the download link.
I'm waiting for answers.

Sales support work 5 days a week, Mon-Friday, And DAZ 3D is on UTC-7 time zone.
Did you check your account Dashboard, Product Library?
yes and did not get the download link -(((
Agree, email support has not been responding, I ask'd 2 questions a week ago, last saturday, pertaining to product I purchased, no reply. Ask'd question about purchasing gift card, no reply.
@ Alessandra, try calling thier 1-800 number, recieved a call back same day.

In this case that will not help. If the order is stuck, then it is stuck and only DAZ 3D can do anything about fixing the problem.
We are letting DAZ 3D know that there is a problem, but as I said DAZ 3D does work a normal 5 day working week, and do not work at the weekend normally.
I sent the email on Friday,I'll wait till monday.
Please remember the time zone as well on Monday. UTC-7, and then they have to get round to your ticket, tickets are dealt with in rotation.
Did you send an e-mail or put in a ticket to zendesk?
if you sent an e-mail they won't respond to it!

The exact same thing happened to me, also Friday. Also no download link and no response from sales support. I guess I have to wait until Monday. I am not happy. This has never happened before and I've been buying for years. It started with that "dashboard" thing. Nothing has been right since.
