Installing items

There could be a thread for this kind of thing already but i dont have time to look at everything to find out so here goes.... A few weeks ago i brought Lorella fantasy outfit and i cant make it work. It shows the all in one white outfit and tiara but the materials wont work, in the wardrobe it shows the items i brought, so i click to go into lorella to use them and only the basics work none of the-materials will. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling ive tried installing from various files too but still nothing. The other items i got work fine its just this one that wont do anything, anyone know what to do? I'm beginning to feel ripped off since i brought an item i cant use and i searched specifically for compatible items....well i no it should work because of the basic outfit working i just really want the fantasy bikini material version to work.

any help would be great

    Daz Studio, Poser or Carrara?
    Can you take us through the process of how and what presets you are trying to apply. Screeshots will help too as not all of us, me included, have this product and cannot check.

    What software are you using? I am going to assume DAZ Studio 4.5

    You MUST select the item that you are applying the material to in the Scene pane first, before clicking on the MATerial for it.

    Once you have the item selected, double click on the MATerial in the Content Library or Smart Content to load it.
