Hello 3D world, hope I'm not the only one getting lost in content library, appears more content I snag or purchase, I'm alway's searching for content in library.

Can one character content be organized in one folder opposed to different folders, for example, summer hair is in figures, pose, props.

Can I arrange summer hair figures, pose, props into one folder ? Victoria content in different folders, I'm alway's searching for content, Goodness, Lol !!! All hair content in different folders, instead of just one. Clothes in this folder, that folder, etc...... Instead of all in V4 clothes.

Just wondering, thanx.

You can organise files that way, but it will of course break the uninstaller and the smart content in DAZ Studio if you use the operating system file manager. However, you can keep smart content, and help to avoid errors, in DS by using the Content Library pane to move things around - right-click on a folder to create a new sub-folder, select one or more files and right-click to copy or cut, then right click in the file area of the destination folder to paste (even then, a database reset will lose track of the files unless you export new metadata for the revised location).

I do that using Categories: for example, I create a category for the clothing item and categorize both the figures and props there, then create a subcategory for the mats. That way I have things where I can find them without breaking anything else.
