Backdrop like at the photographer?
Ok, I feel a bit silly because it seems so basic and I've seen many peeps work with it...
I am looking for a backdrop like a photographer would use, like a screen or cloth.
I found backdrop walls in the DAZ store, but not what I had in mind.
Any hints on where I can purchase those?

Try Maclean's Fashion Studio http://www.daz3d.com/fashion-studio
or a free one here http://www.sharecg.com/v/35897/gallery/11/Poser/Satin-Studio-III
Awesome, thank you both!
This what I was looking for ^^
I love that Fashion Studio... didn't know about the one at shareCG, but it looks cool. There's one at R.com called the art corner, which I also love

I use an old texture set for the Cyclorama which has apparently been dropped from the DAZ store.
FleshForge did a free backdrop as well that would work for this. http://www.sharecg.com/v/46973/gallery/Poser/Simple-Backdrop-Prop
InaneGlory's Photo Studio products have both a studio room and a paper roll with various textures you can choose for each one. This is not a cheap solution, because the products are really whole sets of lights. In this image I used the paper roll with a gray texture.
There is also Fiat Lux at Renderosity, which I used with Poser for years. It comes with two backdrops, long and short, plus more than a few textures. The light sets won't work properly in DS, but if you are a user of both DS and Poser, then this is a good buy.
STUNNING! Love your lights, your colors, your model, your EVERYTHING!

Gee, thanks! It is always nice to hear that someone enjoyed your work. The outfit is Malvada from the DAZ store with a texture created with a pattern from patterncooler http://www.patterncooler.com/editor/

Yeah, what she said. Everything in that image works together perfectly. I will be buying at least one of IG's products, probably the new one he is working on when it comes out. I use a different studio backdrop prop, but I've never been 100% pleased with it. If your image shows what's possible with IG's sets, then I am sold.

The background paper roll is what I was trying to show in that image, to answer the OP's question. The lights I used in this render are not IG lights. I used the lights that came with Andrea for Young Teen Julie. I have the IG Photo Studio 2 light set (that is where the paper roll came from), but I find the lights hard to use and not intuitive. I think newer sets may be better - don't know. The Andrea lights work great for work like this. I did turn off one of the two specular only lights, because it was too much with these textures. I should also mention that I used The Fabricator Satin weave on the top and skirt with the pattern cooler diffuse texture to give it the nice sheen.
Barbult- I hope you don't mind, but I added you to my Art Studio to show your beautiful work and the reference to Pattern Cooler. Slosh is already there (just slid in an hour ago) teaching me about Lux (go see his David!)

Okay, dummy me- how on earth does this Pattern Cooler thing work? (be gentle, lol)
OK, I will post a new thread to avoid hijacking this one completely!
