Daz Horse 2 (Feathering)

I have a problem with Daz Horse 2. I would like to have it feathering on its legs, but I dont find a texture that offers this.
It would be great if someone had an idea how to do it.

    Assuming you mean clumps or tufts of long hair that would require an add-on of some kind - conforming or geo-grafted transparency-mapped hair or hair created with the Garibaldi or Look at My Hair plugins.

    Thank You. That sounds far beyond my abilities though. Maybe I'm lucky and someone else will create an "addon " some day.
