Saving face pose as a preset

Hi,

Searched the internet to find something about saving only a face pose but couldnt find anything that made sense to me (im a noob)
I created a face that i really like, but when i load a preset full body pose that face disappears .
Is there a way to save the face i created so i can apply it again after i loaded the preset full body pose? (took me a while to make it )
Or do i need other software for it to make that happen? (i dont have poser )

I'm not clear on what you have done. Is this a dialed face you have made with morphs? Or is this an expression that you wish to use on other figures?
