Sun and Sky is a Black Box Render?

So I purchased this - https://www.daz3d.com/easy-environments-witchcraft-sacrifice

I made a scene. I only use Iray for renders (my vid card is 1070 Nvidia with pretty new computer).

I am using Dome and Scene, Infinite Sphere with Ground, Draw Dome ON, Environment Map OFF.

I went into Lights & Camera, Lights, Iray and 'merged' the only option there.  It made the scene lighter but render screen and render are still black.

I went back to Environment / Dome / Sun-Sky and turned all of the following values to 50,000 - Envir Intensity, Env Lighting Resolution, Sun Disk Intensity, Sun Disk Scale, Sun Glow Intensity.

I would think my little people would be burned to a crisp with all that sunlight, but the render screen is still black.

What am I doing wrong?

Mod edit.  Please take note of this thread    https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/109161/please-put-your-question-in-the-post-body-and-the-title

Do you have a sky dome in your scene tab? If yes, then xou loaded the 3DL setting. A sky dome in the scene tab will block out all light in a render, except local lights.

I didn't even HAVE a scene tab until you asked the question - and BAM! You were right on the money!  Deleted that baby and made all the difference in the world!

    Thank You! Thank You!

If you loaded the dome, check the materials of the other things you loaded from that folder. Chances are that you loaded the entire thing in 3DL, and it will look different in the rendering.

3DL materials usually start with "plastic" somewhere at the top.
