Is there a way to Set a keyframe, Set your character ib any given pose, go to another keyframe down the timeline, set the character in a second pose, and let the aniMate2 software do the rest?

Now I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I sure would be grateful for any available tips in this direction. I know the aniMate2 software works with aniblocks, but is this the Only way it works?

If so, is there a way to build an aniblock to achieved the end proposed in the first question, a Smooooth transition from one pose to another, and then just keep doing this with the goal of assembling these custom aniblocks for the entire sequence?

My problem is that there aer so many beautiful poses available that is is a terrrible waste if they can Not be used in animations, and can only be used in stills.

Any help will be much appreciated,

You don't need aniMate2 to do that. But you're probably going to find that unless the two poses are fairly similar, then it will be unsatisfactory.

Using the DAZ Timeline, you can go to frame 0, set the pose (first keyframe), then go to frame 30 (for example), and set the other pose (second keyframe). DAZ Studio will then fill in the frames inbetween the two keyframes (tweening).

If you like that animation, you can then save it into an aniBlock, which you can use over and over.

You can also look at Puppeteer. Here you can save dots. Set the first pose in Edit Mode, click a dot on the Puppeteer tab, then set the second pose and click another dot on the Puppeteer tab. Go into Preview mode and drag your mouse between the dots. You can create other poses and set other dots, all without actually creating keyframes until you are happy with the result.
