Is this legal?

I downloaded Poser, DAZ, and Bryce back in 2007 when Poser 5 was free and DAZ was giving away loads of stuff. I now have a use for that stuff. This set of figures, the garb, is marked "15th Century", but I cannot find a EULA for the figures. Does anyone know if I can freely use these figures to advertize a product?

It depends on how you wish to use them. All Daz items (except one I believe) allow you to use renders or Animations freely.
Thanks. I hope one of these isn't the item I can't use. I'm going to use a render as a mini fig to place beside an RPG supplement I'm selling.
I'm pretty sure its a Female figure and texture set. You look to be fine with what you wish to do.
The item Jaderail was referring to, I think, is this: http://www.daz3d.com/anna-marie-goddard-digital-clone
But, do you know for sure that you got the 15th Century outfit from DAZ?
Might be from Poserworld -- check the EULA there.
I traced it down to a zipped folder called "Poser 5 SR4 Content CD Hero". This came with the free Poser 5.

It features items from different graphics houses, but I can find no terms of use. I gather this is Poser content and I may use it in advertising.
