Hello.

I'm looking to create some displacement maps, specifically veins for michael 5. I have the latest Hexagon and photoshop cs6. I have searched for help on this already but I'm not entirely sure what I should do (or what to do) as a lot of information seemed to be unclear to me.

Almost the same subject came up in a post yesterday. Have a look at this for inspiration or buying.

hmmm....I'm assuming if I were to buy the photoshop files version, I could adjust them to work with the M5 model? Kind of dont want to spend money on something that might not work haha >_>

I think I read somewhere that that vendor is creating an M5 version? Does anyone know if they are in the process of making it still? I might wait to just buy those if yes. Though in the meantime I'd still like to know an effective way of being able to make them myself.

Zev0 made the Vascularity set via Z-Brush and the software can make displacement maps from the added veining effect.

I have done it myself using only PS but it is not easy, doable but not easy. If you know PS and what a displacement is and how it works, then it shouldn't be too hard to figure out how it is done.
