Converting Dynamic Clothes to Conforming Clothes

I would like to convert a piece of dynamic clothing to a piece of conforming clothing if that is possible.

The dynamic clothing is a pair of hakama for M3, and I would like to use it on M3. I am using Daz 4.5.

Can this be done?

if you convert M3 to triax weightpainting under parameters, edit you can use the transfer tool on it.
this is not reversable however as I found and presents a whole bunch of other issues.
