Account Issues

I recently installed a new hard drive on my computer and that means installing all my old software. I however cannot get back into my other account. I presumed I changed the email address to accommodate for my yahoo mail accounts being deleted however I seem to have been in error. Now I cannot recover my other accounts password or am even sure of the exact email address I used. Anyway to remedy this issue since it does have my software on it. 

The guys here insist on using a help ticket but it has nothing to do with a bloody help ticket.

  • We didn't approve your previous post because it gave your email, we strongly discourage posting email addresses.

    And if you can't acess your old account that is something only suppot can help you with, it's not soemthing the forums can do anything for.

    A Help Ticket is a request to Customer Support. It is what you want to file to get help with your account.

    Crap I signed in now while waiting for the help ticket to come back etc. I however still need to change my default email address to hopefully avoid this in the future. Does anyone know how to do that or do I need to send another ticket?

    Yep I am the other dude and this dude. 

    I know I cannot change it to the email address of the other account but I do have a few email addresses lying around. 

  • Never mind. N/A is now working oy vey. Sorry if I sound rude the past few days have been a headache if you ever go from windows 7 to 10 prepare for a headache. Microscopic software UIs and giant ones and a few other things. I also lost 2 weeks of texturing due to installling a new hard drive.

    Please remember to periodically check the email you use for Daz as there was an email sent on this with our recommendation.

  • I used old email addresses showing what they were they were deleted years ago if you read the message you would have known they were trash. 

    Everytime I tried a help ticket it asked for information I do not have. 

  • We did read it. However, the matter was/is not something that forum members can assist you on, so the ticket is the only venue for help. If they ask you for the information you do not have, you just have to tell them that and see if there is another solution. We understand your dilemma and frustration, but there is nothing the forum can really do.
