rotation property doesn't show degrees

Hexagon version 2.5.1.79

While rotating an object with the Rotate manipulator, the degrees of rotation do not appear in the properties panel.  The X, Y, and Z windows just show 0.000.  Is this a bug?

    If you select "Absolute", the degrees rotated will update in the properties panel as you rotate. If you select "Relative", the degrees properties will remain zero (however, you may type in the degrees manually).
