What postwork dear? *grins* well.. I Did had to smudge the line where the backplane meet the groundplane, but other than that and adding my name. there isn't any postwork :) Some pre-work though, as I merged together four different background textures (all of them free from
Sirius over at Deviant Art) with different opacity and such, but worked well me thinks.
The fires and smokes are from Smay's Fire and Smoke for Daz Studio. Took a decent amount of time render them though *laughs*
And thanks a lot, I love hearing the judgement (and advices) from you guys (and girls) around here *proud smile*
Well I thought the top and bottom bits were Smay's but I thought the BG and centre parts of the effects looked like postwork. Either way cool image.
The background sort of is, since it's a plane with with a premade picture on it :)

Another fantasy render, using Gia (with Neomi sking, eyes, make up), Millenium Horse (with LnL texture) and Enchanted Forest by Stonemason. The clothes are Fantasy Ranger for V4 (boots, pants and necklace) from Xurge, the top is a freebie from Evilinnocence. Hair and Tiara are Spiderqueen Hair
Using DG Shaders Essentials (Leather and Velvet) for the pants,boots and top, Supersuit metal shader for the buckles on the boots, and Subsurface Goop shaders for the necklace and tiara
Alluring Mist
When you walk into the enchanted forest, you might find yourself surrounded by a bluish mist. Than in the mist you will see a shape take form, showing to be a beautiful woman with a kind smile and laughing eyes sitting on a mighty stallion with eyes betraying intelligence that should not be. As the mist swirl around you, you can hear it whisper in your ear "Come with us, stay with us" and the woman reach out her hand towards you....
This ended up making becoming my longest render so far… 5 hours and 57 minutes *coughs* and most of that time was spent on the mane of the lion *laughs*
The character is Dark Elves for Genesis 2 Female and the outfit is Midnight Huntress for Genesis 2 Female, both sold by IgnisSerpentus. Background is LB's Mighty Oak (no longer sold at Daz), Dragon Tower ground, Woodland Ream Playset 2. The Gate is Lune Portail.
A Huntress and her Friend
....returning home after a unsuccessful hunt. Tired, cranky and mean-tempered they are Not happy to be met with whoever it is that meet them at the gate.
My latest render, part three of three. This is the version I made so it could be posted here without breaking the TOS *grins* the original two renders of this scene were nude pics so they ended up on Deviant Art only :)

I admit I do post a few renders in other threads as well, but hey, gotta share right *smiles*
*giggle* I noticed, have to admit it made me take a double look as well. *grins*
Started to work on an idea, ended up deciding to play around with some PS brushes. And here is the result, the idea that started this has still be to be finished though *laughs*

Aye, I realised that when I tried to make it smaller. Though I will re-do the scars on her once the scene has been properly built and rendered :) What did you think of her skin tone? *curious*

She is, I planned to make her the type that rather spend her time exploring the wilds, than spending her time in cities etc :)

Hi Carola, enjoyed viewing all your renders, all gorgeous work. Sometimes it's difficult to comment on all renders within a thread. Wow ! 6 hrs, is quite some time to render, but came out lovely. Look forward to more renders, happy rendering ;-)

Plus a few other bits and pieces too of course, the background is part of the Yosemite set though it's barely visible due to the DO *grins*
Crimson - Evening Tea
Her gun was placed at the table where she usually put it and she places the warm cup of tea on the table too before sitting down, she sank down in the sofa and rested her back against the soft pillows. A low purring sound and warm fur made her watch her feline companion who had joined her in the sofa and was making himself comfortable.
It had been a long day, but her tracking had born fruit. A ghost of a smile touched her lips, her current target had finally been found. Now she only needed to figure out how to get close enough. Her thoughts were interrupted as a low snore came from the feline, her lips quirking into a amused smile at the sleeping feline.
Golden Fury
The bulky palomino looked out over his herd, small as it was they were his to protect and care for. Suddenly the golden stallion tensed, his ears shifting and his eyes searching, nostrils flared. Than suddenly he saw him, an intruder approaching one of Golden Fury's young mares! Muscles rippled under the golden skin, a scream of pure fury emitted from the stallion as his hooves thundered on the ground towards the intruder. The grey intruder noticed the approaching danger, took one look at the furious stallion and turned to run, but Golden Fury would not give up easily. He chased the grey intruder away from his heard, snapping his teeths against the skin of the grey. Eventually Golden Fury abandoned the chase, he turned and with a proud yet easy and dominant gallop he returned to his herd where his mares and the foals welcomed him back.
Morning Coffee (slight changes in lighting, angle and position.. even a little poke through that I need to do something about later)
You know those days you wake up tired and grumpy, drag yourself up from the warm bed and into the kitchen. Working on routine as you put on coffee, make breakfast, feed the cat. Put the breakfast on a plate, pour up the coffee and than you have to wait for the scolding hot coffee to not burn you before you can drink it?... Yeah.. Crimson has them too now and than

I don't do coffee, makes me run up the walls and acrosse the ceiling, makes for odd looks when someone spots the footprints ;) So.. I can't relate. If my tea makes me wait, I jsut whip it into submission with a splash of cold water or some ice cubes ;) She sure does have that 'just out of bed' look going on!
Horses are fun indeed :) I can't wait until I can add Horse 2 to my runtime.. only have the mil horse LE version, and the two 1.99 texture packs to it :)
And yeah, I'm glad I nailed that look.. I have to admit, I woke up and felt like that a couple of days ago, which was how that scene was born ^^
When I saw the character model Bellatrix I could not help but think of my grandmother and this scene came to mind. While Bella doesn't look anything like my grandmother did, she still had that same old beauty. Just like a flower, beautiful and vibrant when young and still beautiful but less vibrant when slowly fading. This particulary scene is a memory I have of my grandmother, about a year after her husband died. She always had this slightly sad look in her eyes even when she smiled and laughed
. This was also the last time I met her, due to not living nearby. She fell asleep one evening and simply didn't wake again. Sorry for the sentimental story, but just wanted to share it. Also a Big thanks to JSGraphics and ForbiddenWhispers for this wonderful character!

Faded Flower
In her youth she had been a beautiful woman, married her childhood love when they were both young as custom were back than. Now he had been put to rest while she lived out the rest of her life cherishing the memories and their grandchildren.
Aww, that's a nice tribute :) I especially love the detail of the wedding picture on the wall.
