Trying To Find My Content... Please Help

Hello Guys:
I have just installed Daz 3d Studio 4.6. I can not find my content like the video says. Whenever I click on the Genesis figure nothing comes up in the content window on the left, like the video states. Please help me if you can. It's very frustrating. I have tried everything I know how to do. Hears a hint. I have installed every thing in it's default settings.

Did you install the Genesis Starter Essentials?
