Copying a pose across characters?

I have a genesis 3 male and a genesis 3 female in my scene.  I have the genesis 3 male posed exactly as I need him.  However, I need to have the genes 3 character in exactly the same pose..but I can't replicate the pose because the poses I used for the male aren't available for the female.  Is there a way to just select the male character, copy his pose and then select the femlae character and have it apply the pose?  basically to mirror the pose of another character?

You can try selecting the male in the parameter tab, right click and use the copy-pose, then select the female and inthe parameter tab right click, paste-pose.
