To Find a Mockingbird - Hivewire3D OK - Customer Service?

Just need a posable mockingbird, and maybe a green north American chameleon or lizard species for a scene I plan to do with “Modern Home Deluxe.”

Couldn’t find them at DAZ, Smith-Micro, or Renderosity-- the three I’m familiar with along with ShareCG.  Maybe my search skills need improving.  90 minutes of searching & can't believe something so common only seems to be at PAs site and one called Hivewire3D.

So...   Anyone done business with Hivewire?  They seem to specialize in critters.

OK in terms of customer support & returns?  Sorry if that sounds dumb.  Have only been at this since October.  Wildlife props badly needed, and would get good milage out them, but figured I'd check first.

My concern would be if I run into any problems--  how is their repsonse time: troubleshooting / store returns?

Thanks for reading and of course if anyone knows of rigged mocking bird and or realistic lizard where I don’t have to buy entire bundle-- always open to suggestions!

Hivewire3D is a great site. It has been created by one of the original founders of DAZ3D, as well as a few great PAs who used to sell at DAZ before.

Their products are good quality, and their staff is friendly and efficient. They have a refund policy if you're not ok with your purchase (30 days IIRC).

The birds and other critters by Ken Gilliland are great, just be aware that they may not have Iray materials included as a good number of them were created way before Iray was added to DS. His recent products do have Iray materials, and Ken plans to update the older ones this year but he has a huge catalog, so it takes time.

As Leana says HiveWire is a good site and does have a return policy.

    Thanks.

    @ Leana

Based on your post, I did some searching and came across some interesting stuff.   Some pretty big names if I'm not mistaken.  Mr. Creek himself?  : 0 !  Even I know who he is!  That goes way back...

Amazing renders.   Obviously you don't need me to tell you, but from hiking-- that's almost exactly what a different kind does in Big Bend Nat'l Park.
