Rogue Element Download doesn't seem to load?

I have only succesfully applied the Rogue Element add on to the Genisis 8 female figure twice. Now it seems to load and I cannot see it? I have reinstalled Daz3D three times. I can apply the basic clothing with no problems. Any ideas?

    Reinstalling DS will do nothing for content issues.

    How did you install the set, and where are you looking for it in DS?
